Is HD 5970 faster then HD7970 in SL3? You wrote the speed of hd 7970 SL3: 2825M/s.
I tested on my 5970 SL3: 3600-4000 M/s.

yes. the 7970 is a single gpu card while the 5970 is a dual gpu card. i am wondering how you can have 3600-4000 M/s without overclocking it. keep in mind i've tested the 7970 on stock clocks.
