Error when cracking Domain Cashed Credentials - ms-cache

When start cracking ms-cache hashes exported by Caine i got this error
"hash: xxx, line length exception: 32
ERROR: No hashes loaded"

But hashes exported correctly and try with anothers hashes and got same error, tested it on Caine and working corrctly.

Whats do wrong? I must convert hashes to another format?

mscash is salted by the username. you need to supply hash:username
