Table Rule Limitation

I have just been trying to use the table rule to make some “leet” versions of words and I have discovered that hashcat cannot use the table rule on words longer than 10 characters. I assumed that we were allowed up to 15 ?

Should this be happening ?

Unless anyone knows of greater example of my incompetence ?
