hashcat Forum

I am trying to unlock an iTunes account in which the email connected to it is no longer valid(old university mail). i have the login id, and i have no idea where to begin. I have hashcat on The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) linux and am confused on where i would convert the id to hash... this is what i have so far again i am learning
hashcat -a 0 -m 14700 -o passfile \ > rockyou.tx
Any help would be appreciated. thank you

Hashcat does not support any kind of online password guessing.
The modes 14700 and 14800 only work on a offline iTunes backup.
