hashcat Forum

Hi,

I have an old .xef file, it is a WinAce archive. From what I gather, in order to get to the password, I first need to get the hash and this procedure differs depending on the type of file. I only found instructions on extracting hashes from other types of archives. How can I extract the hash from .xef archive?

Hashcat does not support this format only Advanced Archive Password Recovery.
