I have a laptop (Clevo P170EM) with Debian BullsEye with this graphics card.
However, when I run
this card never shows up.
How can I force ashcat to use it, instead of the CPU?

So, it means AMD has no way to work with Hashcat? Just want to make sure.
I didn't read all the threads of your search results but the one I read, talks about an issue with AMD drivers I guess.
Is that the issue?

This is not new to me. I tried to use my AMD in the past and was never able to do it. I broke my Debian several times due to many things I tried.
Anyway, I may give this a try, however, I know that installing proprietary drivers is not a good combo on my system. I mean, AMD drivers, Debian and me, never got along!
Anyway, thanks!

Yeah, I saw it. I went through it but to be honest, I'm afraid of diving into this again and break my Debian in a way I can't bring it back again.
What I needed might not worth the risk!
But I thank you for the link!
I didn't break it this time, but did it some time ago, though. You can try and luckily get it to work or find some workaround to the problem
