I am struggling to find on any forum and the internet for the command for an Apple ID. My work colleague forgot their password and is too lazy to contact Apple themself. So, I have something I think will work, but I need some advice and some tips on how to target the Apple ID itself, please
My example command:
hashcat.exe -m 3200 -a 3 ?h?h?h?h?h?h?h
I will use the rockyou.txt file too
You can't get Apple ID hash. Atleast not legally.

I didn't mention doing it legal or illegal... So, any way is fine

Well i think you dont get how hashcat works. hashcat is for attacking password-hashes, these hashes are stored somewhere, in that case, in one of apples databases for login, so without access to this particular database (or an dump of that database aka databreach or leak) you wont get the needed password-hash for your colleague to attack it
so what aikiuslik meant by "not legally", try your best by attacking / breaking into an apple-database-server
