Isn't 3.0 too old? The computers that saw hd4400 gpu were v6 versions.
The HD Graphics 4400 was an integrated graphics solution by Intel, launched on September 3rd, 2013.
hashcat sources v3.00 2016.06.29

Which is too old?
I understand, but why would he remove support in later versions? But I can still try, although I need to see how to install that version

hashcat I installed windows and saw the gpu with the -b command I made sure that the problem is not related to the program, there is a problem in linux, try The-Distribution-Which-Does-Not-Handle-OpenCL-Well (Kali) linux maybe there will be no problem there
tested hashcat v6.2.6
