oclHashcat-plus isn't cracking my NTLM hash.

$ ./oclHashcat-plus64.bin -m 1000 31d6cfe0d16ae931b73c59d7e0c089c0 dict

The password is empty string (""). JtR cracks this just fine whereas oclHashcat-plus fails to crack it.

hashcat does not check for the empty string.

Exactly, but, empty string checks will be added in a later version.
