The hashfile-name was ok, but your error is that you have seleted the wrong hash-mode. You are using -m 0 but your hash is salted, so you have to select the correct hash mode. See --help for a list of algorithms to select from.

Your file doesn't seem to exists.
Hold shift on your keyboard, right-click on the hashfile, select "Copy as path" and paste in your command line.
I guess he must use backslashes on Windows. The wrong hash mode is another problem.

Now i need a sample command to load from a file a salted hash with special characters and use wordlist for hashcat lite and i am fine
