Hey Guys, I have a budget of around 1K dollars for a PC desktop. Does anyone out there know of a packaged computer, or build list that is the best bang for your bucks in terms of max GPU speeds for cracking.

7970 cheap everything else but PSU

So is this overkill? Could I add another 7970 to this package?

To this package - only with extenders, because that MB does have only one pciex16. Try to use some brain and google, and you will see how easy is to check everything you need by yourself. These questions covered here X times.
