I am running hashcat on a mac. I have hashcat and not the olHashcat thing. I really have close to no idea what I am doing. I have been reading through the forums and most of the vocabulary being thrown around is too technical for me to understand. I think the phrase is "script kiddie". So I downloaded hashcat and put it in MacintoshHD. Problem is, it is a folder and not an application. The forums say to do something with a file with a .app suffix but the folder doesn't have that. What am I missing?
