I want to learn how to crack email:hash list password md5 32 digits
I had read about hashcat, download worldlist but i dont know how to crack them.
Who know please teach me, show tutorial about it

What tool or software need?
How to do it? from first thing to all

I am using windows 7 64bits, just CPU

Well you are using CPU, So you'd use hashcat. The ocl variant is for GPU's

yes i download hashcat and downloading worldlists here
Can I have your icq or anything for contact?
I need crack email:hash list
not list hash password single

sorry, but hashcat does not replace brains.

i see someone can to do it

hashcat-cli64.exe -m 0 --username hash.txt wordlist\ --show -o cracked.txt

but it show me error and liensice

i try YES and didn't see anything diffirent in folder hashcat
