Yes, this is the same card as the 290X, only not available in reference design.

No, this is not with stock clocks. You can see from the benchmark he's overclocked to 1070 Mhz.

I did not overclock. Maybe Asus overclock it to 1070Mhz?
Sure, it could be a factory overclock, but still an overclock none the less. Stock clock for that chip is 1000 Mhz.

And 390X is not "almost the same" as a 290X, they are literally the same GPU.
