Hi could someone please help me to crack a hash?

It's a simple password that could be anything between 0.0001 or 99.9999 it increments by 0.0001. It might have a % sign at the end and it might be a "," instead of a "." 

I would really appreciate it if someone could teach me how to do this. I have a word list with all of the numbers.

Thanks I've been trying  that but having no luck  I'll keep on trying though

One might also generate a list (file) of possible passwords and feed hashcat with them, if mask attack usage is obscure. That would be under 10 Mb, I guess. MS Excel might help doing the trick.
