I upgraded to 11.12. I don't see any difference for either GPU.
After all, i wiped previous drivers and installed 11.12 again. GPU utilization is fine now, but i had to increase -n parameter to get same speed as before.
to all , to fix fucking cpu bug on win7, deinstall all drivers and then install the new version , it works now perfect , gpu 99% , quadcpu 1-2% . perfect.

I did notice this yesterday: If I don't specify -n value (on Linux) c/s are very low in some situations. It didn't used to matter very much (maybe 10% difference at most), but now it's essential.
same here. i'm now having to specify -n value (windows) otherwise my GPUs run at about 50% to 70% utilization.
