-----SHORT READING BELOW-----
So from what i can make out and after reading other peoples threads WITH THE SAME CARD/ ISSUES (RESOLVED)
My card is compatible for hashcat.
However i am having difficulty understanding the requirements for hashcat
GPU Driver requirements:
So My Question is
1. Do i need OpenCl , as i have a GPU on window AMD radeon crimson
2. Where does Open Cl come into it
( I know its supposed to be a OpenCl compatible gpu or sumthing, But im just not sure as to the openCl part)
3. How does OpenCl have anything to do with my GPU. I can download OpenCl for my OPSYS , But my graphics card is driver dependent for OpenCl, So what openCl does my graphics card have to have to be compatible...
4. what is AMD OpenCL SDK
And how is it that other people with same card have got it running with hashcat, allbeit older versions or with a few tweaks here and there so to speak..
Thanks for any advice.
