Hello,

I use a 350go dictionary,
Initializing device kernels and memory .... Insufficient memory availabe.

My question is, where the dictionary is cached ? On the C drive ? on the NAS ?

This message happens at a different stage from the dictionary metadata analysis. This message is related to the overall space needed to execute the attack. It is not clear from your question what kind of attack you are performing. What is your command line?
