Is it possible to use hashcat via cloud computing?
If so can I use unlimited computing power depening how money I will spent?

This is more a question on distributed computing. Search for Hashtopolis
I think it's more about running hashcat on EC2 and similar. That's exactly the same as everywhere else, just install the correct opencl drivers.
