thank you for your Help, now my Hardware runs very good...
CPU and GPU :-)
first i have run this...
hashcat -a 0 -m 1000 -O -w 3 NTLM.txt rockyou.txt
this was very fast but dont find the password :-(
and now the PC ist running whis this command.
hashcat -a 3 -m 1000 -O -w 3 -D 1,2 NTLM.txt basicmasks.txt
and i hope i have correct creadet the basicmasks.txt
i will try the password length from 1-14

Hello,
i have reconfig now the basicmasks.txt
and run this command...
hashcat -a 3 -m 1000 -O -w 3 -D 1,2 NTLM.txt basicmasks.txt
now he try too crack a password length from 10
for this he need "236 days" :-(
what do you think.. are i need a new GPU ?

well everything above or lenght 10 is just a quite huge keyspace, there are some hints in the wiki for generating mor worload, but most of them will not apply here

i have now buy a new GPU
AMD Radeon GX 6900 XT
and now the Time are from 236 days to 44 days :-)
what do you think if i am at lenght from 11 i think many days again...
i have read in Forum i can download world list...
is this a good option?

well you can do the math on your own using mp64 (see hashcat tools)

divide this with your actual speed and you will get the seconds* needed
*the speed could increase a little bit but you will still get a good estimation of the duration expected
wordlist are fine, if appropriate, most wordlists are english only, so if you try to crack german passwords or anything else they will most likely fail and you have to build your own from scratch (using wordlist from wiki, translation books or similar)
