Polish chars that are addition to Latin Alphabet in Polish Alphabet:
Lowercase: ąęóśłżźćń
Uppercase: ĄĘÓŚŁŻŹĆŃ

Thanks Immy and K4r0lSz for this charsets!!! I'm maintaining a side project collecting charsets that only a few people know and I added yours. You can get them here:

https://github.com/Rub3nCT/perl-hashcat-utils

Then you just run ./hcchrgen.pl and all the charsets will be generated.
