Why does your speed seem very slow for NTLM, the 3090 benchmarks at 121GH .. your only getting 33-38Gh ...

I got my duo 3090 benchmark with default workload,don't use the -w 3, it will reduce the performance:

This was just a rough estimate as to how many times a year we might run hashcat against our hashes. More or less a catchall for users that might have had password changes if they forgot their pw and new users etc.
