hashtype assistance - blaster666 - 10-21-2023

I promise you , I have spent 2 hours checking hash types page.
I do not open topics with no need, and I have already figured out how to transform base encoded hash, to correct sha256-hmac PBKDF2 attack mode, but here I have some hashtype which makes me crazy, and I am begging for your assistance

how hash looks after base:hash

Well it simply decodes into hex, base>text gives no result

Who could help , I could send decrypted variant into private messages
I mean "cracked" looking alike hash
