Is it possible to instal also with NVIDIA drivers, AMD drivers for GPU graphics Ryzen 7? Will it works with hashcat?

Yes but your 1660 Super will probably greatly out-compete the Ryzen iGPU so it may not contribute much hashrate to run them both at once, so you may just want to save the electricity and only run the 1660S
