Anyone know why is message is showing and how to solve this error.

What OS are you using? Seems like you are missing drivers for GPU.

that OS I think ubuntu hashcat:cuda from Vast.ai
do I need to change the version tag to Nvidia full ?

The red/yellow part of the error message tells you, that you are missing the cuda environment
you need to install the needed dependencies to make hahscat work, maybe you should have used the CUDA Docker instead of the ubuntu one, there you will need to install the needed software by sourself
