Every write you make on disk will decrease chance of recovery. RE: I lost my excel file there are alots of data. Is there any way to get it back? - anamikapandeyyy - 09-10-2024 If you’ve lost an Excel file with important data, you might first want to check the Recycle Bin or Trash to see if it’s there and can be restored. If not, try using the built-in file recovery options: for Windows, right-click the folder where the file was and select "Restore previous versions" to recover a backup; for macOS, use Time Machine to revert to a version where the file was intact. If these methods don’t work, you can use data recovery tools like BLR Data Recovery Tool. This software is designed to scan your drive for lost files and recover them effectively. Just install the tool, select the drive where the file was located, start the scan, and then choose and restore your lost Excel file from the results.
