I'm looking to build a quality cracking rig for client engagements and WPA2 hashes, my budget is ~$3000. What would you recommend?

Get literally any decent PC, put a 4090 in it.

It is better to buy several 3080TI or 3090 on the secondary market.

not gonna lie, cloud GPU compute is so cheap that I think it would be best to just spin up on-demand GPUs on vast.ai or something. 30 cents an hour for a 4090 on average
