i got 3gb word list im not sure if they are good for wordpress hashes. is there such thing as specific dictionary for a specific algorithm like wordpress?

No, there is no specific dict for specific hash.

If the algorithm is costly you might want to use small dictionaries when using rules. I don't imagine myself trying to crack sha512 using 1 gig dictionary with big rules.
