Yes, your speed is exactly were it should be. Check out this post as you can see I'm running at 1504Mhz and I'm getting around 1304.7M/sec.

Something you may not be considering is that the example file has 6,494 hashes. If you only had two or three hashes it would be a bit quicker.

His it a headless rig?
