one pc from 0% to 30% second from 30% to 0 %, 3 pc from 30 % to 60 % 4pc from 60 % to 30 % 5 pc 60 % to 90 % 6 pc 90 % to 60 % and 7 pc from 90 to 100 % can it be split like that?

Hashcat by itself doesn't really split jobs, but there are various methods you can use to do that.
It largely depends on what type of attack you are trying to perform.
For example, if you are trying a dictionary attack, just split the dictionary and distribute it among your slaves.
