Best attack mode ? - BUNNN - 11-19-2012 I know there can't exist one "best" attack mode, this may depend in hash type, language .. and so on. Since i don't have big dictionary i use brute force, i leave my pc open for few hours/days until password is cracked. Also, i do not use rules, or any other special settings: Code: ./oclHahcat-plus64.bin -m 2711 -a 3 hash.txt My pc: CPU: Intel core 2 duo 3.2 GHZ 8 MB l2 GPU: MSI Radeon HD6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition OC 1GB DDR5 256-bit Ram: 16 GB OS: BackTrack 5 rc3 App: ocl hash cat plus 64 bit. Dictionaries: All from insidepro Let me know in generally what do you use, and what would be better for me. Sorry for my broken english, i'm from Romania.
