Warnings when connecting trough Window Remote Assistance - skalderis - 12-10-2012 Windows7-64, 12.8, HD 5850 Workload: 1024 loops, 600 accel Watchdog: Temperature abort trigger set to 90c Watchdog: Temperature retain trigger set to 80c Device #1: Cypress, 1024MB, 765Mhz, 18MCU Device #1: Kernel ./kernels/4098/m0000_a3.Cypress_938.2_1.4.1741.kernel (568652 bytes) HWMon.GPU.#1.: 99% Util, 50c Temp, 47% Fan Code: WARN: ADL_Overdrive5_Temperature_Get(): -5 I get this only when I set high workload like -n 600 --gpu loops 1024. Stock clocks. And it keeps repeating same message every second. When its default workload no warnings. I can do more test later, but thought someone already know whats going on here. EDIT: warning happens after I connect to my box while hashcat working. RE: Warnings when connecting trough Window Remote Assistance - atom - 12-12-2012 The -n and --gpu-loops parameter do not affect the temperature reading in any way. Please verify that. RE: Warnings when connecting trough Window Remote Assistance - skalderis - 12-12-2012 Yes. It doesn't matter. I tested many times and it works ok with -n or without. Everything I tried works fine until I leave it for prolonged time like 5h and then connect and warnings are back. Even when I pause still get that warning every sec. I use linux rdesktop to connect if that helps. But like I said no errors until I leave it for longer time. |
