Looks like SHA-1.
But to know for certain you should provide the source of the hash, like where did you get it from?
Otherwise, it's blind guessing.

Joomla uses salted MD5

You need the salt u.u like md5
alt in hashcat is mode -m 11use this generator to see how joomla looks like
