Word List Help - corrupted - 03-26-2013
So I downloaded a bunch of word lists (over 7gb) and got everything nice and organized. So I decided to do a test run by generating a md5 hash, then putting it in 2 types of word lists I got.
First word list is set up like this:
AD
AC
ADC
ACD
GTHG
SWVCFS
While the second one is set up like this:
Awesomecoolfunphonecontrollertelevisionetc
When I put the correct password in the first word list on a seperate line, it cracked it. While when I added it into the stream of words in the second word list, it wasn't able to.
I am obviously a newbie at this and would appreciate some help. Thank you!

Then why do so many lists come in this format? Especially the huge list off of md5decrypter.co.uk ?

they dont, its probably a formatting issue going from linux to windows or vice versa.

Is there any way to change the cluster of text to separated each line?
