This problem was reported before with a low end card similar to yours. He said that rebooting the computer solved the problem. Otherwise, make sure that your drivers are up to date. Last thing you can try is lowering your loops and accel to 1 and see if it solves the problem. Then you can slowly increase them until the problem comes back.
