2/ Then your brain "'cudaoclhashcat64.exe is not recognized" means you failed at writing the exe name...
3/ The GUI is not supported on this forum. You could get support from where you downloaded it.

For some weird reason whenever I try to open hashcat it just goes to a random webpage and starts downloading it again.
