You are on completely wrong forum.
1) You probably didn't read the forum rules - "no cracking requests".
2) oclHashcat cracks only hashes, so you would need to hack Twitter's user database and download the hash and then crack it - probability 0%.
3) I also think the account was probably never yours to begin with.
To avoid ban, don't request things like this.
