I wanted to know if there is a way to add hashes to hashlist or hashfile on the fly, without the need to stop oclHashcat.
Also, is it possible to run multiple instances of oclHashcat or not?

1. not possible
2. definitely possible with different devices, not sure about the same device. try it.

Is there a record state feature in Hashcat? I mean just like John, so we could save a session and continue it later!

Did you read anything about *hashcat at all? There is thing called --restore
