How should it be converted to NCK? Just with removing "0"s from left side?

only removing every second digit (0) doesnt give you the NCK code, you must include this code in third line of your log file which contains:
IMEI
DECRYPTED HASH
->HERE YOU PASTE YOUR CRACKED RESULT WITH EVERY SECOND DIGIT REMOVED WHICH IS "0" LEAVING 15 DIGIT CODE
Then you save text file(Log file) as COD file (just change txt/log file to *.COD) and send it for conversion to Nokia Unlock Code/codes
