I would like to crack a hash and I prefer to rent a dedicated server with GPUs.
Could you recommend providers with such servers?

Amazon EC2 can do this.

Amazon EC2 sucks for hashcracking.

GPU virtualization is still sucks and practically no hoster besides amazon have a decent solution for this but as said by undeath, EC2 sucks for hashcracking.
Your ownly viable option would be to get a colo and put your own hardware in there.
