Hi,
I have a cap file with two WPA handshakes - A and B. How do I make oclHashcat check both of these hashes against several dictionaries?

same way like you do with one, if you have two in the same capture file it will try both

Hi, it keeps giving me a bunch of warnings: "Invalid eapol size." I guess I have to clean up the file, thanks.
