Help using oclHashcat to retrieve OS X 10.11 Password - Keudn - 03-21-2016
I have a computer running OS X 10.11 that I need the password to. I can't find a guide online as to how to extract the hash to plug into oclHashcat and hopefully crack it. Can anyone help me get the password hash into oclHashcat?

Do I take everything from the data section and paste it into a text document?

Sorry, should have specified, I can't boot into single user mode on the machine because of a sort of complicated series of events, I need a way to extract the hash via terminal while the computer is booted into OS X.
Edit: I think I have it figured out with instructions on a different website
