Hi
I recently tried to run Hashcat on Windows
and as soon as it starts, it crashes with the error "the application was unable to access the graphic hardware"
I already tried to reinstall the nvidia and intel driver but it didn't help.

this is a driver problem. do it exactly as we describe here and it will work: https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=frequently_asked_questions#i_may_have_the_wrong_driver_installed_what_should_i_do

I am not finding these files (OpenCL.dll, OpenCL32.dll, OpenCL64.dll) in my windows C partition folder I search it but eventually not found
