hashcat 3.30 and HD5850 - atlas28 - 02-23-2017

My HD5850 works well with oclHashcat 2.01 (86000H/s WPA2), but with 3.30 it doesn't (1700H/s WPA2). How can I solve this problem? I have GTX770 and I want them to work together but it is possible only with hashcat 3.30 but not 2.01. The latest catalyst and nvidia drivers are installed.

AMD dropped support for HD5850. You need to buy new hardware.

The speed of HD5850 is quite good and also it works well with oclHashcat 2.01. It's faster then my GTX770 that is newer. Why can't it work with hashcat 3.30?

Because we do not live in the past, we live in the present. In order to best support new devices, we have to drop support for old devices. Backwards compatibility is not a goal of this project. Those who do not move forward at the pace that Hashcat, AMD, Nvidia, etc. move forward will get left behind.
