Hash.org passwords? - gnubie - 09-02-2018 So, i download passwords from hashes.org and they come in format hash:salt:plaintext password hash:hash hash:plaintext password. What im asking is, its possible to use like thath witouth just plaintext password? i think i need just the password, not the hash+salt or not password lines(hash:hash) how i can just clean these and get plaintext passwords? (They are million of lines) RE: Hash.org passwords? - royce - 09-02-2018 This isn't hashcat-specific, but FWIW the hashes.org "found" lists sound like what you're looking for. https://hashes.org/left.php They are the "Complete found in plain" lists at the bottom of the page. "This isn't hashcat-specific" ¿? what you mean by thath? incorrect forum section? sorry where i should ask then?. Btw, or you mean those passwords arent speciic for hashcat? where i should search/look for password dictionaries? i know bigger isnt better, but can you point me in the right direction? RE: Hash.org passwords? - royce - 09-03-2018 The topic isn't necessarily hashcat-specific; that's all. But that's OK, given that it's a topic of sufficient general interest. And hashes.org founds is definitely a high-quality list - as is any list of human-generated strings. |
