Hi, I was here on the net (desperate) seeing some password cracking stuff and I found this equipment 'ANTMINER U1 2.0GH' it says it mines 1.6GH / S, it breaks elpol password at that speed? Does hashcat recognize?

No, it's a special chip designed to run Bitcoin's algorithm (mostly SHA256 if I remember correctly) as quickly as possible and nothing else.
