In general, everything that you can test with beta is already merged (https://github.com/hashcat/hashcat/pull/2285).

so the answer is, it is already merged and everything can be tested with latest beta version.


If you instead mean if the beta version will be "upgraded" to a release version soon, instead... the answer is that the next release will be published whenever the developers are confident that the new source code (and betas) are stable enough and ready to be released (no specific date).
