| i have a tesla t4 with pasive ventilation with the fan of the server and hashcat doesnt want to work because it doesnt have fans any way to do an override fnaexception |

You could try -1 "?l " instead of ?l?s. There's a space within the quotation marks, to keep the input argument count correct. At least that works for me in ... |
