The fastest way is just clicking on hashcat.launcher in Linux. If this doesn't work try use ./hashcat.launcher in the terminal and look for errors. |

I don't know why this happen to me. I had some issues with HIP before.

Looks like you're encountering an error with the HIP backend, you should open a GitHub issue for that. In the meantime, tell Hashcat to use the OpenCL backend... |

I tried this command again and it looks like it finds the hardware now when i do a: ./hashcat.bin -I

I found out that there is requirements of Ubuntu 20.04.02 and ROCm 4.3 for the next release of hashcat, also 6.2.4 which will come some time.
So I re-installed Ubuntu 20.04.02 and installed ROCm 4.... |

I uninstalled my drivers and installed 12.8. Now when I run the tool, do I get that my GPU Driver need to be exact 12.8.
Even if I just installed 12.8.. I have no clue how to fix this. |
