If you look at the error, you'll see that there is a problem with the hash-format. Please format it exactly as found here https://hashcat.net/wiki/doku.php?id=example_hashes, and you'll do fine.

If --show returns nothing, it means it is not cracked. Are you sure your job ended with "cracked" status, and not with "exhausted"? Also, is there a specific reason why you use ?H ?
